Yes, there is. It's the same for wireless as it is for wired ethernet
newtorks. I'll assume Windoze XP computahs. XP comes with Briefcase,
which does a fair job of synchronizing files. See:

For MS Office, and other supported applications, there's MS
ActiveSync:

This is primarily used for synchronizing MS Office databases
(contacts, tasks, todo, favorites, and calendar), but can synchronize
other things for supported applications.
If these are not what you want, you'll need to specify exactly what
you're doing, how you're planning to use it, and exactly what you mean
by "automatically".
