WiMAX network deployment on 700MHz

Hello All

Would anyone please let me know whether any company deploy WiMAX
network on 700 MHz frequency range? If not, Would anyone let me know
whether any vendor company has production line which provides network
equipments (for example, CPE, Radio) at 700 MHz range? As far as I
know Telsima provides CPE and Radio at 700 MHz. Is there any other
company??
