Default wireless adapter vs wireless G Desktop Network Card

I am new to wireless and will be hooking up next week.
I bought a Belkin High-Speed Mode Wireless G Desktop Network Card for $50.
Saw this GIGABYTE GN-WPEAG PCI Wireless Network Adapter on net for about
same price. Is there a difference between them I should be looking for?

Thanks,

Tony

Probably not but if you get one with the "remote" antenna, it might help you
if the box is housed in a compartment under your desk.
For example?

Nope desk is wide open so guess will stay with Belkin since it's here now.
Thanks a lot for helping.
Best regards,
Tony
