wireless print server in a wired network

Can i setup a wireless print server in a wired network if one of the
pc's DOES NOT have a wireless card built into it or am i going to have
to find a wired solution instead?

How/why would you set up a wireless print server in a wired network?
Why not a wired print server? Regardless, it is possible to use a
wireless print server from a wired LAN given a wireless access point --
all PCs below can print:
