Default Australia connecting to European Common Market for free calls between countries & states?

In the European Common Market telephone calls between countries of the
Common Market
are FREE.

FREE calls for every European who has a legitimate land line and even
a mobile phone connected to a fix address in the European Common
Market.

Australia joining the European Common Market so we'll have access to
free calls between Australia and the European Common
Market? .......

G

Calls from Tahiti and New Caledonia (both part of common market member
France) to EU countries certainly aren't free - in fact they're decidedly
expensive....
