Is this an error - $1.78 per minute for national calls?

According to Vodafone's website, they're charging 89c per 30 seconds for
national calls on various prepaid caps (e.g. the $49 cap). That's $1.78 a
minute!

Is this an error, should this be 89c per minute, or is it really that much?

Yep, they are that obscene a ripoff.

Thats always been one of the gotchas with caps.
