What MSN/Windows Live Messenger app are you using? Something pre-
installed by Optus on your E71? Normally, you'd just need to let the
handset know which APN (Access Point Name) to use.
Try putting 'internet' in the field.
If that doesn't work, try 'yesinternet'.
If that still doesn't work, let us know exactly how you're attempting to
get MSN working, and what's asking for an 'internet service' to use.
Of course, if the app. is Optus-supplied, it might be quicker just to
call customer service
