It remains to be seen how long the rollout in the capitals will be delayed for, if at all.
Its more likely they will just roll out the NBN in regional
areas and most of those use Telstra infrastructure.

Time will tell. It hasnt been put to Telstra shareholders for approval yet.
Corse the govt is by far the biggest Telstra shareholder even now. |
