Default phone company prices

Has anyone dealt with powerseller.net.au, or know how good their reputation is?

Their prices seem impossibly low for a supposed australian company, supposedly
providing mobile phones from an australian supplier, with supposedly australian
warranties. I say that because the manager/owner/salesman is one Xun Zhou.

Well, a quick WhoIs lookup reveals the domain is owned by "QuikDrop
Australia Pty. Ltd" with a contact name of one Jerry Haba, who has the
rights to the franchise of that name in Australia. Appears they are an eBay
auction broker:

Most likely the items you see for sale are pulled off eBay listings. Read
into that what you need to when it comes to eBay-sold mobile phones.

From the site's terms and conditions:

We allow access to or advertise third-party merchant sites ("Merchants")
from which you may purchase or otherwise obtain certain goods or services.
You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services
offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order
processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party
to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. YOU AGREE THAT
USE OF SUCH MERCHANTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE,
FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS
BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT
SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.

So in other words, AVOID.

Also note that the hit count on that site's main page has yet to reach 800.

Well. I happen to bought one phone from them before I read this thread.
Just to say they are quite nice guys. The phone I bought(imate Jasjam)
is pretty good. Had one issue after 4 months and got fixed quickly.
I think they provides vendor warranty rather than the manufactory
warranty, That's why it's cheaper. For me, I am fine. I hate the imate's
official MPS repair center in QLD anyway.
BTW, those guys located in Sydney.
