You can dial 159 and follow the prompts to cancel, or text OFF to 159.

Note that if you used voicemail prior to getting your new SIM, the
missed call service has now replaced that on your account. If you
still want to use voicemail, you should reconfigure your call diverts
(ie if busy, if switched off/out of range, if no reply, or any
combination thereof).
