There should be a law preventing these juveniles from using Usenet without
proper supervision.

How do you know they aren't already out doing that sort of stuff when they
are not here?

From the general mentality they show in here, it's exactly the sorts of
things I expect they get up to.
That and picking their noses and flicking it at each other for good measure.

Not here? I doubt they would contemplate such concepts such as 'outside'
or 'outdoors'. The best they could manage would be to trek to the
letterbox to retrieve their latest game discs from China.

Because their social aptitude is obviously derived from the school yard,
reform school most likely, not social interaction with regular human beings.

You're partly correct, as their next viable location is behind bars doing
5-9 years in a vain attempt at an attitude adjustment.
