Try the TIO instead. http://www.tio.com.au
You may find that the TIO regards "sending the phone off for repair" as
being reasonable, however.
Seeing as it's only been six weeks, and you seem to have evidence of a
manufacturing/design flaw, you may want to try demanding your money back
instead.
If you repeatedly escalate the complaint with the TIO, it's quite
possible Vodafone with cave in just to get rid of you. |
