Sync'ing iPhones with multiple computers?

Are you able to sync an iPhone with multiple computers? If I get one it will
replace my WinMob PDA which I sync on my desktop PC and also on my laptop.

And does it sync mail with Outlook? ie. have all your messages and their
attachments sync'ed on both iPhone and PC?
