Default Telstra girds for war

From
http://www.australianit.news.com.au/...-15306,00.html

TELSTRA is prepared to fight hard if its Federal Court bid for access to
documents that may support its case for annulling the Opel consortium's
billion-dollar federal Government broadband contract is rejected later this
week.

A Telstra spokesman said the carrier was prepared to appeal the decision if
its case was rejected after its scheduled hearing in the NSW Federal Court
this Thursday.

"If we fail discovery we then would have to review where we may be able to
appeal," the spokesman said.

Telstra will argue that it was denied "procedural fairness" when it lodged
its bid to build the rural broadband contract and that Communications
Minister Helen Coonan's decision to award the contract to the Optus-led
consortium, Opel, should be revoked.

The carrier believes the documents will provide evidence to support its
claim that Opel was the only bidder made aware that the federal Government
was prepared to make additional funding available for the tender.

Its gunna chuck another tantrum eh ?

Fat lot of good that will do it, that will just guarantee that it will get shafted
with another telephone pole on broadband in the capital citys and close.

Well whoopy ****ing do. It can appeal all the way to the High Court if it likes,
and it will get precisely the same result, it will be told to go and **** itself, again.

Must be one of those rocket scientist terminal ****wits.

AND you clowns are about to discover what our courts do
to terminal ****wits that try to monster them like that too.

You stupid clowns have just guaranteed that the
court will tell you clowns to go and **** yourselves.

Bet it wont do anything of the kind. The govt just liked what they
offered better than what you clowns offered and relished the
opportunity to rape you clowns with a telephone pole as well.

Thats whats absolutely guaranteed when you attempt a stoush with the govt that you cant possibly win.
