TRansfer ring tones to new phone

ive got an old lg u8110 mobile phone and just got a new nokia 6210 mobile
i was trying to sms a ring tone to my new phone but it comes up no drm
rights what does this mean?
is it some copyright protection thing.
how can i transfer my ringtones and even my mobile phone games to my new
phone?
