Default Who is carrier 505 16 (or AUS 16)?

I was in Ormond, a suburb of Melbourne, the other day, and I did a carrier
search. In addition to the usual carriers, there was a new carrier detected
called 50516. I know that 505 is for Australia, so this must be a new
carrier.

Which carrier is that?
