Default Antennas Now In Stock

Just letting you know we have a number of 19dBi and 24dBi, never been used, ex-Galaxy 2.35GHz dishes that we’ve modified for use at 2.45GHz and some with a finer mesh that we’re using at 3.5GHz for the Sydney unwired band. We’ve measured 23 dBi with these but are calling them 22dBi to be on the safe side. Prices are between $75 and $90 depending on gain.

We are also offering to sell in bulk to anyone that is interested in re-selling them, or want a better price by group buying.

These are the best value antennas for wireless networking around, and the 24dbi 2.45GHz version is known to reach 20 –30 km with line of sight view.

They will be equipped with an N plug and a half metre tail, so they will be ready to just plug in and use.

Each feed is tested for good VSWR to ensure that the most power you’ll lose by refection due to mismatch is 0.5dB .

We’re happy to submit any of our antennas for independent tests and if you are unhappy with them in any way we’re happy to take them back so the most you’ll lose is the postage.

We’re also offering to sell unmodified Galaxy antennas if you want to do your own conversion or have a use for them as they are. They are fitted with an LNA and downconverter .

For more information or help with wireless hardware, please feel free to contact us at peter@rfshop.com.au or call us on 07 3375 6767

Before you all jump in and place an order may want to let me know what you are after and qty of them, I will see what I can do as far as price is concerned.

I'm pretty sure I can still do the complete 24dBi grid kit for about $150.00 and the 19dBi's for about $100.00. NZ

Also remember that the dollars you spend with Borg go toward the hosing of this site and helping to subsidise events when they come up. Last event we gave away around 700.00 worth of product to nzwireless.org members.

So we would appreciate your continued support

Regards
Andrew

Fair enough Andrew...

I am sure most people will do anyway, as most would agree this is a great message forum for wireless users...
