Default Outdoor WiFi Equipment For Sale

I have several Proxim Outdoor WiFi Access Points if anyone is interested.

These are Proxim ORiNOCO AP4000MR-LR and are good to cover neighborhoods, city block, and I have even hit them 1.5 miles away.

I am shutting down this city-wide project due to travel with my job.

I have 15 on these new and in the box. $900 each

Sorry and hope not too late...I have been working out of town.

These Access points can work on their own or in a group. Baiscally, you connect one or more to a physical network (like an internet gateway or router) and it will broad cast the WiFi b & g bands locally. If you want to expand that same internet signal, just add more of the AP4000MR-LR units within radio range and they will redistribute the signal. The more you put out, the bigger the WiFi area. These units have DUAL radios so while they broadcast the WiFi within distance of the Access Point, the other radio connects the backhaul network traffic to the other AP Units and they broadcast their 2.4G WiFi signal local to those Units.

I still have 10 of these left.
