Default Selling sky/ihug dishes.

You actually shouldnt do that, because it belongs to sky/ihug. That is untill the house is sold at which time some believe it becomes a chattel of the house.

Just a FYI, Im not aware of anyone being bitched at about this.

Default Dishes

Yeah yeah - but they wrote off the cost of the dishes when they pinged the customer $199 for the install.

And who gave those sky install guys lessons on how to make a house look bad when they install them! must be from a TV home show!

A mate of mine just sold a bundle of excess australian ones for around $40/dish (he felt that was quite amazing that he even got that!)

Anyone thought of using an old wok? LOL

The thing is, if you are so open about it, they may do something about it...

Now if the dish was to fall off and someone paid you for the privilage of removing it, that would be a different matter. Im not sure what the story is, but I know when I asked them to come and take it away that sky wanted $$ for someone to come out and they didnt object when I asked if I should just throw it out since I would never get sky again.

The Old Ihug dish i have was paid for when i brought the card so it is mine, not to sure about the new ihug ones but i thought you had to buy the gear for them.
Sky dish's are just chattles of the house and are paid for by the install cost.
