wifi phone, get it or not?

i plan to buy a wifi phone for myself to celebrate my coming bithday. i broese many phones and i am attracted by this lovely wifi phone with 81$ at last.
Hot 3.2'' TR-i9++++ WIFI China Mobile Phone Java Compass Bluetooth
have any suggestions on this phone?
PS:i will buy an android phone for my mother as Chrismas present. if i purchse these two gargets at the same time, big discounts will be possible.
how should i do? i really need your suggestions!
