Default Orange

I am having a major problem with orange- this started in December last year when I cancelled a contract I had for 2 phones. I cancelled because there was no coverage at all where we live. In fact an Orange engineer stated that 3g was at best patchy and gprs non existant in my area. So since then I have had a myriad of phone calls with orange and they have passed my case to a debt collection called Moorgate. Has anyone else had this problem?
