Can a computer work well without antivirus and registry cleaner?

I am aware of the importance of registry cleaners and antivirus. Just i want to know that Can i think of a computer without antivirus and registry cleaner if i don't connected to web or use any PAN drive or attached my device with some other computer?

Without Registry cleaner you can use computer but thesedays Antivirus is such a important software so must be install any antivirus.
