I ordered an inverter from Inverter Central on July 7th, I was billed by Providence Data, but received a used inverter. i have called the company three times now, and been told three times that a new one was being sent out "today". Now over a month later, still have not received a new inverter, or even a used one again.
Has anyone else done business with this company or companies? they advertise on this site, so I know someone has.
I do not want to hear from Paul at Providence Data, we all have figured out you are part of the same company.
I ordered a few times from them for my business. I was only doing so out of necessity, hoping to get the parts quickly. I can honestly say that nothing comes quick from there. Their website states that the parts are in stock, but the majority of what I have ordered has not shipped until a week or so after I placed the order. The last item I received was used. I did not order a used part, but they felt the need to just send a used one at the new price instead of contacting me first. If I wanted a used part, I could have ordered it from a more reliable company on ebay and saved 50%. I've made the decision that doing business with invertercentral.com will not be happening in the future. Their lack of integrity says a lot about the people who run the company.
