My company has an SSL cert.
The person who set it up, and all documentation, are no longer
available.
We are going to change ISPs and thus a new IP address on the router.
Please excuse my lack of knowledge in this area, but I assume we need
a new certificate.
Please correct me if this is incorrect.
We use Exchange server and when I go to our OWA website using IE and
click on the security report,
it shows "Geotrust has identified this site as MY COMPANY"
When I click on View Certificate, it says "Issued by : Equifax Secure
Certificate Authority"
Who do I contact, Geotrust or Equifax? I spent 20 minutes on hold
with Geotrust and just want to make
sure I'm not wasting my time.
TIA

You may be assuming incorrectly. It may be tied to your HOST NAME, which
can remain the same. Just change the address in the DNS.
