Default Searching (small) AES file + directory tree encryption tool

I am searching for a small AES file encryption tool which allows me to encrypt and decrypt
- files
- whole directory trees
with the AES algorithm and which is able to decrypt files which are encrypted originally
with another AES program and have an arbitrary file extensions.

I don't need a huge security encryption suite but only a small utility which preferably
offers a shell context menu to de- and encrypt target objects.
Drag & drop capability would be great.

Does someone know such a utitlity ?

Werner
