Default What is "uploads on eh.robis.net" in Network Nethood/Neighborhood/Places?

2 computers. WinXP and WinME ("9x") on Netgear home-setup router. ZoneAlarm free.
Today I powered both up at approximately same time.

Trouble:
At first I opened Network Places, but couldn't "see" XP in "network places" from either
computer. It looked as if always could access 9x computer from either computer. This
lasted for roughly a half hour, while I looked for the problem, (including the usual fast fixes:
momentarily pulling power from cable modem and router)

-------
Next, I found a weird looking thing in nethood:
uploads on eh.robis.net
Properties, Target: \\Eh.robis.net\uploads
4 days old
(I haven't had any network trouble in the last 4 days, but also hadn't noticed eh.robis.net in
nethood, which is browsed a lot via regular windows explorer.exe.)

eh.robis.net seems to be some kind of religious site, though the 'root' address
http://eh.robis.net shows a blank template for "election" whatever. I don't know why anyone
here would have visited, and certainly no one uploads.

http://www.google.dk/search?hl=en&q=...%2Erobis%2Enet
but I notice "uploads" is in URL of all of their pages.
site:eh.robis.net eh.robis.net uploads -inurl:uploads - did not match any documents

--------

I used xplorer2lite ("alternate windows" shell viewer whatever) to view nethood, but it didn't
show anything different (that I see. Xplorer2 will show device ID numbers for floppies and
USB things)

NAV eventually "Auto-Protect enabled" in SysTray. [1] That's when it seemed could first
could access this computer (XP) in nethood from either computer.

Google gives not really anything:

Nothing or nothing applicable:
http://groups.google.dk/groups?q=upl...obis.net&hl=en
uploads on eh.robis.net - did not match any documents.
eh.robis.net - did not match any documents.
"uploads on" Chrome Mozilla | Firefox - did not match any documents.

Nothing

http://web.ask.com/web?q=eh.robis.net+
http://s.teoma.com/search?q=eh.robis.net

(sidenote: these give *more* pages if *add* words to search!)

1] (but this is "normal" behavior since winter, and I spent much time trying to figure
that out.)

1) A "Network Place" someone added
2) Added by some application that needs to talk to "mommy" for updates....
3) Spyware / Malware
