At least no such functionality is documented, as most likely isn't
implemented due to legal issues.
As usual: If you think that such a data transfer happened and you're not
afraid being held legally responsible for illegally using Windows, you're
free to take Microsoft into court.
At any rate, I doubt that you seriously care, since your system is most
likely already compromised by another third party.
