choosing final year research project

I need some help for finding research project related to telecommunication it should related to my industrial training (now i'm training at mobile communication service provider)
I have to training at mobile switching center
network operation center
and planing department
it is better to have a research at switch I like to do a project which can implement physically that means build up a circuit

You can ask some telecommunication expert to get trained.
