Converting a US Cell Motorola V9 to a Verizon Acct

Hello to All! I have a US Cellular Motorola. I switched back to Verizon and of course gotten a crappy phone. I really like my V9 Motorola and would like to use it. I know there is a way to program this phone to verizon. Can someone please help me do this. I don't know what steps to take. I entered the #73887* (I think thats what it is) but it always asks for an spc code. This would be greatly apprciated!!!!!
