Found a verizon phone, can I activate it?

Found this junk env, its deactivated so I was going to trash it since I have a droid and don't need a crap lg phone. The last outgoing call was in oct of 09 so I know it wasnt lost or stolen recently. Anyways my girls phone screen is cracked so I was going to give it to her to activate but I don't want her getting into any trouble. From what I know as long as it wasnt reported lost or stolen it shouldn't be an issue. Thoughts, and please, don't post holier than thou comments, just THINK them

I think its safe to say this sites dead and/or useless. Thanks disinterested bored board members. If this were a community there wouldn't be a single home with indoor plumbing.
