internet connectivity in the UK

Hi All,

I am going to be in London for three weeks to see and cover the Olympic Games for my FB page. What is my best option in terms of a tablet/ cell phone/ other device which enables me to be connected 24/7 even without wi-fi, as I need to post results in realtime, and what simcard would be ideal for this? I may mention that I may not require to make any significant number of calls . Also, can I procure this device/ card on arrival at Heathrow?

A 3G connection would have been your best bet, however you could have go on many cafes/ food outlets that offer Free WIFI..

There's a ton of free WiFi around but there's always security risks with using them I prefer a cheap prepaid 3G dongle myself.
