Motokyzr Problem

Just returned my 4th kyzr back to Verison and they finally gave me a different phone, (LG 8600) Kyzr would not let me back into the bluetooth screen after turning it off in the phone. If I took out the battery everything was fine again till I would turn off bluetooth again. Anyone else having this problem or thinking about getting a Kyzr ???? Let me know please.
