T-mobile. Do i have to wait this long.

I have a N73 that is currently locked on T-mobile.. i phone today to ask if i could unlock it and they refused.

The said "I cant get my phone unlocked within 3 Months and after that it will take 28days for them to unlock it"

IT is a Pay as you go phone, and i was wondering is there anyway i can do it quicker then waiting 3months.
