Verizon Treos Discussion

I'm have been elected the "PDA Manager" in my small group of IT Staff. We have about 40 Treos(mostly 650, some 700). Anyone have advise about why loop on and off for no reason. I end up doing a hard reset. It's getting frustrasting to work with some of our remote users. Some are not so technical.

Any input would be appreciated.
