I have been using a WiFlyer for many years, mainly while traveling with the family during the summers. Last fall, I upgraded to the WiFlyer-V. It works until I change the SID and add a WEP key, then the laptop can not connect.
The real question I want to ask: Has anyone tried to get support from Always On recently? The phone and fax are ALWAYS busy. The toll free number says "all circuits are busy". The web site has many broken links, including the one that points to the WiFlyer-V firmware upload and the 'open a tech issue'. They have not responded to an email that I sent several days ago.
I am worried that they have 'gone under'. Anybody know anything about them.
