belkin n600 db router

I want to use a belkin router for my small inn. I have problems connecting to the internet. I do not have a dial-up service but an internet stick that plugs into one of my USB, provided by Moviestar (I live in Colombia). Can I still use this router? I have tried connecting the ethernet wire (networking cable) directly to the computer, since I have no outside modem. All the set-up directions only assume everyone has a dial-up modem and not a internet stick. Is the problem with my computer settings? I need help!

This sounds like you have mobile connect card from the provider of cellular internet.

If you want to use a broadband wireless router, you need have access to one of the Wireless Internet Service Providers that use DSL, cable or satellite.
