Default Belkin n600 dual band play max rubbish

I made the mistake of purchasing a Belkin n600 play max dual band router to replace my 4 year old netgear wgr614 and am at the moment trying to find out how to return it. The firmware will not upgrade and the router needs to be reset every 2 hours. If you are thinking about buying a new router stay clear of this lemon.
