Unhappy Belkin Troubles

I accidentally messed my router up while switching around the settings. It's a Belkin F5D7230-4, the kind w/ 2 antennas. When i swtich the settings, after i press apply, it never goes back to teh original menu, the online configuration that is. right now, i have internet, but the wireless is down. the power light blinks once per second, and the WLAN light flashes rapidly twice per second. help me!!

desperate situation

- Henry
