Belkin USB wireless adapter mod

Nice little unit with single antenna. Opened it up, removed antenna, soldered in new cable, fitted a small 'BNC' connector closed it all up. Connected 'BNC' to 'N' type pigtail to my directional antenna. I used the 'BNC' connector as it fits snugly into the vacant antenna position and stays in place with a spot of hot glue.Loaded wifi software. Connected USB, followed instructions, reset my network connections (WINXP) and internet sharing and I was away. All up less than 30 mins to perform the mods and setup the network. As 'Netstumbler' doesn't detect this, I use 'Aerosol' which is a great alternative wifi sniffer and u can use any .wav file with this. If u wont a copy of this software, drop me a message.

Any pics ? i was looking at doing this unit also.
