Default Cable modem/Wireless router problems

I have a cable modem and wireless router connected. About every 2 minutes the router reboots itself. Tried a new router. Same thing. Tried a new cable modem. Same thing. Funny thing is , if I turn off the wireless part its all ok. If I do not connect the router to the modem and move them away from each other, every thing is ok. This just started happening about a week ago. Any answers ?
