Default Can I get WIFI on Dell Dimension 3000 Desktop

Can I get WIFI on Dell Dimension 3000 Desktop? I have cable internet and want to make it WIFI because there is not a cable jack where I want to put my desk top at?

Is it possible? If so, what do I need to do and buy?

yes you can use a USB long range WiFi adapter like the engenius eub9603H
