We are 4 offices in a building with an open wireless network. The 4 offices each access the wireless network. This is for the most part on the internet. We occasionally have a need to print, so we are trying to add a wireless printer in our immediate area.
We purchased a HP J4680. How ever I have not been able to add it to the network.
When installing HP software, 5 access points are seen, all with identical SSID.
in addition to the previous post. i am having major troubles getting my printer to work. I have wireless network set up, and I am running into problems when I try to connect to the printer through my laptop. It says for me to type in my computer name (one printer is connected) and then the printer name. I cannot pass the point any ideas? Do I need to set up a "network"? I have the computer named and the pritner named and I have clicked sharing and there is no firewall block on the printer...
