Default confussed noob need advice please

i do apologise if this is a realy stupide question but i dont want to damage my p.c
ok heres the hardware i want to connect
OMNI ANTENNA
19 dBI - 360 DEGREESSpecification
Use: OUTDOOR USE (all weather proof)
Manufacturer: INSIDE Manufacturing Co. Taiwan
Connector: N female
Frequency band: 2400-2500 mhz
Impedance: 50 ohm
Polarization: Both /see graph on the right side
Gain: 19 dBI
Length: 900 mm
Diameter: 20 mm
Weight: 0,5 kg

EZmax EW-7128g pci card
802.11g Wireless LAN PC Card IEEE 802.11g/b, WPA Compliant
Connector: RP-SMA
now i was all set to go on this when i noticed a small note on the site i bought it from on 1 page it says

1/MUST BE USED AS MAIN OUTDOOR ANTENNA (HOTSPOT, AP,...)
and on another it says
2/COULD BE USED AS MAIN ANTENNA(HOTSPOT, AP,...)
so my question is this can i connect that antenna to my pci card and transmite and receive internet connection simple lol

im using this antenna because i am lucky enough to live in an area with quite alot of free internet connections so want to reach as many as i can lol just incase i goes down i got back up so to say

It should work fine with your pci adapter. Keep in mind that most of your signal gained, will be lost if your cable run is very far. So the shorter the cable(s) the better.
A better solution (if this fails) is an outdoor access point. That way you just run ethernet cable to it, and the card and antenna are together in the enclosure.

If you're mounting this permanently outside, keep in mind you've just attached a lightening rod to your pc.

thanks for ur answer and yes i was made aware about the lightning rod thans for the warning though
ok ill start it and ill be back to let u know whats happened hopefully there wont be any lightning
o and i was hopping to get away with about 6-9 mtrs of cable
