Arrow Connecting to homes with Wi-Fi antennas

Hello all, I have a TimeWarner 8 Mbps internet connection at my house. I have two linksys routers (1 being used for an access point). I would like to be able to share out my internet connection to a house that is approximately 3 miles away through the woods. I tried attaching a screenshot of the location but it says I am not allowed to do that until I make 5 posts. I was wondering if there was hardware capable of making this work?

Thanks!

I think the problem is with your configuration. You need to check the configurations again to make sure there isn't any problem. Your internet service provider can also help you sort out this problem.

Question Connecting to homes with Wi-Fi antennas

hi

This is the common “Base” antenna used for Point-to-Multi-Point or can be an omni-directional antenna for your car. An Omni-Directional antenna would serve as your main antenna to distribute the signal to other computers or devices (such as wireless printers, PDAs, etc) in your workgroup.

Hello, We have the engenius point to point bridge kit here:

Keenan Systems Wireless Store - 600mW point to point bridge kit

They can go 3 miles easy with a clear line of sight but a good rule thumb for tree cover is 1/2 mile at the most.
