Dear all -
this is my first posting to this forum, so apologies for any error of judgment I may make. Plz bear with me.
I have three PCs at home, all wireless-capable (.11g), all connected to the Internet via one wireless router connected to a cable modem. I also have a printer with a built-in LAN printserv, connected to one of the LAN ports of the router.
I also have another router, totally identical and unused. (in fact, I probably have TWO more routers, identical and unused - but it's probably an overkill...)
QUESTION: how can I disconnect the printer from the router, move it to a "remote" location and reconnect it to the network wirelessly? Can I use another router as some sort of an access point/repeater/something (not sure I know the appropriate term) to talk to the first router and the printer? Or is it a wild goose chase?
I hope the question makes sense - and I hope you do not mistake me for an owner of a huge estate house

. On the contrary - the place is small and cluttered, and I am trying to get rid of as many cables and wires as I can.
Thanx in advance -
Lev
