Default Could REALLY use some help..

My dorms only have Czee (it's like an ISP at an airport or truck stop) for an internet service provider and only half rooms have functioning wired CAT5 outlets. Two doors down they work and my roommate for the first couple of days I was here had a Belkin router set up in. Well he graduated and took his router but I had a Linksys E3000. Czee requires a login in a browser every time you connect. According to the old roommate, I needed to connect my laptop to the wall, log in, and then disconnect the Ethernet cable from the laptop and put that into the router's input and wallah, it remains logged in and allows as many devices as I want to share the signal such as my iPhone, laptop, desktop and Xbox. It worked just like a normal ISP at home. It worked for him, not me. I simply can NOT get it to work. I pay for the service for my personal use and would love to be able to use it on my devices that do not support a wired connection or have a browser to log in. Any help is greatly appreciated
