Lightbulb DIY Bluetooth Antenna

Googled: DIY Bluetooth Antenna (No great results)
I have an u3br cheap Bluetooth USB Adapter, and even when my headset it touching it, I only get 75% signal It was $8, what do you expect. Anyway I was wondering if anyone here has had experience in making a DIY Bluetooth Antenna, or has any pointers.

Are the faces of my dongle.

Am I correct when I say that the small component to the left of the X3200000 is the antenna?
