External Antenna for laptop help

ok i know how to set up my external antenna but the problem i haveing is findidng the parts i need. the only thing i really needs is the pigtail connector. i have a conection for the antenna from a old linksys router i just dont have the pigtail to go on the end of it. if any can tell me were i can find some thing to get it off of that would be great an if any wants to know how to make an external antenna let me know i will post pics an a how to.

Go on to eBay and search for "Microwave pigtail" - you'll get 100's of them come up - scroll through through them till you find one the right length for you and with the right type of connectors on it - you almost certainly need SMA type connectors: male SMA (with centre pin) or female SMA (with centre hole).

Or go round to your local Radio Shack if in the USA or Maplin in the UK.
