Smile Heavy duty WiFi

Hi everyone,

I'm working with an education charity that is moving further into wifi use, but it currently only has domestic netgear wifi access points. These are not doing the job, as they all connection drops out once more than about 5 laptops connect.

I would like to get them to start using more mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones, so a powerful and reliable wifi connection will be a must.

Therefore, I would like a wifi access point or overall wifi system that allows about 100 devices to log on at once, when class time begins.

It's not an IT charity so they would like to avoid the use of servers if possible.

Can you recommend anything?

Thanks!

The ruckus zoneflex 7962 is about the best AP on the market for high density WiFi.

Keenan Systems Wireless Store Featuring Engenius

It was a beamflex antenan that stears the signal where it is most needed and can support more than 200 users per AP.

When used with a zonedirector

Keenan Systems Wireless Store Featuring Engenius

it will load ballance users between AP's and set the channels and power of the AP's for optimal coverage.
