Default Help Choosing a USB Adapter or PCMCIA Card

I'm setting up a mobile system and would like some suggestions on USB Adapters or PCMICA Cards. The things I'm looking for are:

802.11b/g capable
External Antenna Connection
Low power output, less than 100mw
Minimum of WPA capability

Thanks
